SERVICES - PRIVATE EVENTS

We have space available at select times for small gatherings and events.

A private wine tasting requires between 10 and 14 people, and is a minimum of $55 per person for the evening. This includes use of the space, speaker, wine and food.

Availability is subject to that of the speaker and the space, and pricing will increase depending on the type of event and specifics required for it (e.g. wine and food). All events must take place outside of regular operating hours.

We can also provide a venue (as well as wine) for private receptions and events up to a maximum of 50 people. The space costs $150 per hour (including set up and clean-up time) plus a labour charge of $60 per staff member per hour. Any wine consumed, food provided, or other extras (e.g. tables, linens, flatware, A/V etc.) will be over and above the space rental and labour charge. A representative of Vinestone Wine Co. must be onsite for all functions at all times.
