Tastings run from 7:00pm until about 9:30 at Vinestone Wine Co.
Though some food is served, we encourage participants to eat before they come, and request anyone attending the tasting refrain from wearing perfume, cologne or other strong scents.
Tickets are non-refundable, cannot be transferred to another night, and are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
Please arrange responsible transportation, and for goodness sake, have fun!

| Some of the world's greatest wines, both in history and today, have had a 'fortifying' dose of grape spirit (a.k.a. Brandy) added to them, giving a higher resultant alcohol percentage. However the commonality begins and ends there, as fortified wines are made in varying styles with different grape varieties around the world. | ||

| In most cases, food & wine pairing is about the strongest flavour or dominant texture, and a Turkey dinner has a lot of fixin's. Whether spicy stuffing, savoury skin, sweet potatoes, bitter greens or sweet-tart cranberry sauce, different wines work in different situations. On this evening we experiment with flavours, textures and wines and find some options that suit your meal and your tastes! | ||
