Wine Club

There are two options here. Three Bottles ~$75, and Six Bottles ~$150 (before tax).

Packs are either all white or all red, some people choose to alternate monthly or even seasonally. Selections are always new, unique, cool, and mostly seasonal wines.

At the beginning of each month, I put the packs together and bill them to the card on file. When they are ready you will get an email with tasting notes, telling you they are ready for pick up.

Please reach out if you have any questions, or to sign up by clicking the button.

Beer Club

Each month I put together a six pack of new and seasonal beers from mostly local breweries. Prices range depending on the beers included, but it is typically around $30.

How it works is, near the end of the month you will get an email with info on the beer selected for the month, and you simply reply to the email if you would like the pack for that month. If not, no big deal, ignore the email, another one with new selections will be coming 30 days from now. On the 1st of the month-ish I will bill the card on file, and you can pop in and grab your pack.

Pagnel Gran Reserve Red

Central Valley, Chile

Organic, Minimal Intervention

Now $30 - Regularly $35

Two friends started the Pagnel winery with the goal of supporting the small family farms that were getting left behind. As wineries get bigger and bigger, they are squeezing out the small guys that have been in existence for generations. Leaving these farms with no choice but to sell their fruit below market value, or to sell their entire vineyards. So Sebastian and Rodrigo have stepped in and are working with these farmers, who are growing exceptional fruit, they buy it at a fair price, and make incredible wines. Their Gran Reserva Red is a blend of 75% Cabernet, with Cabernet Franc, aged 198 months in oak, the wine is rich and spicy, with blackcurrant, blackberry, oak spice, toast, eucalyptus, and earth.

Tempore ‘Generacion 46’

Tempranillo Garnacha, Aragon Spain

Biodynamic - Minimal Intervention

Now $35 - Regularly $39

This wine is from a region called Bajo Aragon, which is located almost halfway between Barcelona and Madrid. A mostly desert region where the Yago Azar family have been farming organically for four generations. Daughter Paula decided that after four generations of growing fantastic fruit on the edge of the central plain in Spain, she would start a winery instead of selling the grapes. In 2000 Tempore (trans. In Our Time) was born. Speaking of the family the vine haired gentleman on the label is grandpa. A beauty of a wine – black raspberry, black currant, toasted nuts, pepper, black olive, smoked plum, roasted almond, spice, and violets.

Top Source Columbia Valley Red

Columbia Valley, Washington

Sustainable

Now $45 - Regularly $56

I met Meredith a million years ago on a wine trip in France. She poured wine, we drank it, it was wonderful. Fast forward, she has now returned to Walla Walla where she grew up. She married her sweetie, who is the winemaker at one of Washington’s top wineries. She sources fruit from some of, wait for it, Washington’s ‘top vineyard sources.’ Her first vintage is awesome. Full, weighty, raspberry, black cherry, smoke, spice, bacon fat, pomegranate, cracked pepper, stones. You’d swear you were in the Rhone.

HOW IT WORKS

What’s better than enjoying wine with other wine loving type people?

We feel that wine is intended to be a social beverage and we try to keep it that way. Our tastings are small, casual, informative, and semi-intimate (in the good way). We host up to 18 people, pick a theme, source some killer wines, gather, taste, and enjoy. Keeping things small allows us to talk with you, rather than AT you.

Tastings run from 7 to approximately 9pm. Payment is required in advance.

With enough notice, tastings are transferrable, but not refundable. Each evening includes a guided tasting and lighter fare. We do however encourage guests to eat before attending. We also ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or cologne, as this can affect the aromas and flavours of the wines, and the way other attendees perceive these aromas and flavours.

Please arrange for responsible transportation. Above all, enjoy yourself!!’

Event Description:

All Champagne is sparkling wine (well, I guess not the pretty rare non-bubbly versions of wine from the region, that’s a different story), but not all sparkling wine is Champagne. Tonight we will taste just some incredible wines, like weak in the knees type stuff. **Note the price difference, presentation, space, food will all be about the same, the extra $ goes directly into the level of wines being poured.

I’m not going to screw around. I know one night will sell out, so we will just start with two from the get-go. A staple on the spring schedule is a night dedicated to a royal family worth caring about, the Pinot family.
